Sunlite Recycling Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a total income of ₹1397.11 Cr for the year, with profit after tax rising to ₹14.27 Cr from ₹8.94 Cr last year. Share capital is ₹10.88 Cr and reserves stand at ₹49.15 Cr. New auditors were appointed for secretarial and cost audits for FY26. The company fully deployed its IPO funds towards plant expansion, debt reduction, and corporate uses, boosting growth and strengthening its balance sheet.
