VRL Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

VRL Logistics has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Revenue jumped to ₹3160.95 Cr, with profit before tax nearly doubling to ₹249.96 Cr and profit after tax at ₹182.93 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹10 per share, pending shareholder green light. New auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, will take over for five years. The company remains focused on goods transport after exiting its passenger air business.
