Teamlease Services Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TeamLease has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped 20% YoY to Rs. 11,201 Cr, with Q4 revenue at Rs. 2,868 Cr, down 2% QoQ due to BFSI headcount declines. EBITDA surged 37% QoQ to Rs. 48 Cr, aided by Edtech billing recovery and inorganic growth. Q4 PAT stood at Rs. 38 Cr. Headcount grew 8% YoY to 3.46 lakh. Strategically, TeamLease completed an 80% acquisition of Ikigai Enablers (now TeamLease Digital Singapore) and integrated TSR Darashaw HR and Crystal HR to boost HRTech. Board reshuffles include three Independent Directors retiring, one Non-Executive Director resigning, and Mr. Narayan Ramachandran shifting to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director while remaining Chairman.
