Prince Pipes and Fittings has announced a board meeting and approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted revenue of Rs 2,524 Cr and a net profit of Rs 43 Cr for the year. A final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share has been proposed. Operationally, the company resolved a legal dispute last year, gaining Rs 17.9 Cr. Strong cash flow from operations at Rs 119 Cr was partly offset by Rs 256 Cr spent on capacity and infrastructure expansion.
