Paramount Communications Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Paramount Communications has announced a board meeting on 21st May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for FY25. Revenue surged to ₹1,575.6 Cr from ₹1,070.6 Cr last year, with PAT rising to ₹86.97 Cr, showcasing solid growth. The board appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and Mrs. Anjali Verma as Independent Directors effective July 1, 2025, following Mr. Narendra Kumar Goyal’s resignation due to health reasons. Audit and remuneration committees were reshuffled, cost and internal auditors reappointed, and a new Secretarial Auditor brought on board for a five-year term pending shareholder approval.
