Paramount Communications Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Paramount Communications has announced a board meeting approving audited consolidated financial results for FY2024-25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,575.6 Cr, with PAT rising slightly to ₹86.97 Cr. Growth remains driven by the wire and cables segment. The board appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and Mrs. Anjali Verma as Independent Directors from July 1, 2025, while accepting Mr. Narendra Kumar Goyal’s resignation due to health reasons. Committees were reshuffled accordingly. Cost and internal auditors were re-appointed, and a new secretarial auditor was named for a five-year term, pending shareholder consent.
