T T Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TT Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted revenue of ₹214.43 Cr for the year and a net profit of ₹4.10 Cr, down from ₹4.63 Cr last year. The Board approved a 5% dividend (Rs 0.05/share). DMK Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and R S Modi & Co. will be Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Company Secretary Pankaj Mishra resigned effective May 24, 2025. AGM is set for September 24, 2025, via video conferencing.
