Pritika Auto Industries has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 production rose nearly 20% YoY to 10,564 tons, boosting net revenue 23% to Rs. 101.66 crore. EBITDA grew 26% to Rs. 14.32 crore with a margin of 14.09%. PAT surged 71% to Rs. 4.43 crore. FY25 volumes increased 9.56%, revenue rose 4.3% to Rs. 356.89 crore, EBITDA up 9% to Rs. 57.15 crore, and PAT jumped 42% to Rs. 23.90 crore. Expansion into Railways and Defence alongside new products target 15-20% revenue growth in FY26.
