TT Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of Rs 409.91 lakh for the year despite a net loss in the last quarter. The Board declared a 5% dividend (Rs 0.05 per share). DMK Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and R S Modi & Co. will serve as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
