Auditors gave unqualified opinion on standalone results but qualified opinion on consolidated results due to the non-provisioning of interest income by an associate, causing understatement of profit and investments by ₹19.95 Cr and ₹34.39 Cr. The company holds transferable development rights of 1,06,374.15 sq. m., having sold around 71,759.27 sq. m. Non-Executive Director Anil Kumar Bhalla resigned citing personal reasons.
