Aartech Solonics Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aartech Solonics has announced a board meeting on May 21, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹36.35 Cr with a net profit of ₹2.76 Cr; standalone profit was ₹2.04 Cr. An impairment loss of ₹3.93 Cr from associate Epsilon Ten Ltd impacted the year’s results. Operating margins improved thanks to higher-value panel manufacturing and smarter raw material sourcing. The company also onboarded M/s Simran Khanuja & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s APVN & Associates as Secretarial Auditors from FY26 onwards.
