TT Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of Rs. 4.10 Cr for the year despite a quarterly loss of Rs. 4.11 Cr influenced by exceptional items. The board approved a 5% dividend and appointed DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and R S Modi & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
