Borosil Scientific Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Borosil Scientific has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue grew to Rs. 438.5 Cr from Rs. 395.98 Cr, boosting consolidated PBT by 28% to Rs. 40.39 Cr. PAT rose 14% to Rs. 26.72 Cr, led by a 30% revenue surge in the Scientific segment to Rs. 309.9 Cr. However, the Glassware segment’s loss widened to Rs. 13.67 Cr. EPS for the year stood at Rs. 3.02. Plans to raise up to Rs. 250 Cr via funding routes and completion of ESOP allotments were also approved, alongside a VRS settlement at the Nashik plant.
