Ircon International Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ircon International Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 11,131 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 737.59 Cr, down from Rs. 862.90 Cr last year. A final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) has been proposed. Shri Ajit Kumar Mishra, Director (Works), is appointed as Key Managerial Personnel for five years, strengthening leadership with his expertise in dispute resolution and infrastructure projects.
