Page Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Q4 FY25 volumes rose 8.5% to 49.2 million pieces, revenue increased 10.6% YoY to INR 1098 Cr, EBITDA jumped 43.2% to INR 235 Cr (21.4% margin), and PAT grew 51.6% to INR 164 Cr. FY25 volumes were up 5.5%, revenue 8% to INR 4935 Cr, EBITDA 24% to INR 1063 Cr (21.5% margin), and PAT 28% to INR 729 Cr. Inventory and working capital improved; company remains debt free.
Management cited resilience despite inflation, strong e-commerce growth (>10% of sales), wider retail reach, and digital inventory management tools. Premiumization and category expansion support volume and ASP growth without price hikes. Margins are expected at 19–21%. New Odisha plant is operational with gradual scaling.
High single-digit volume growth is expected in FY26, aided by tier 3/4 city growth, tax incentives, and favorable monsoon. Athleisure is stabilizing with channel inventory rationalization. Outsourcing remains around 27%, balancing in-house production. Overall, the outlook is confident, focusing on efficiency, premiumization, and expanding reach while monitoring costs.
