Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has announced a board meeting on 21 May 2025 where it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹20,922.8 Cr with net profit at ₹1,281.5 Cr for the year. A final dividend of Rs. 1.72 per share for FY 2024-25 is proposed, pending shareholder nod. Also, M/s. Sinha & Srivastava LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years. Auditors gave a clean bill of health to the financials.
