Mankind Pharma has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 27% YoY to INR 3,079 Cr with a 23.1% adjusted EBITDA margin. FY25 revenue rose 19% to INR 12,207 Cr, with a 25.9% adjusted EBITDA margin. Domestic revenue exceeded INR 10,675 Cr, growing 13% YoY, supported by the BSV acquisition and strong performance in women’s health. Exports doubled in Q4 due to new product launches. Chronic therapies and consumer healthcare segments showed robust growth, while margins expanded despite integration costs. Diluted EPS stood at INR 49.1 for FY25.
