Teerth Gopicon Limited — Important, 21-05-2025: Updates

Teerth Gopicon has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Teerth RE 3 Private Limited, to execute a solar power project awarded by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam under the PM-KUSUM scheme. The subsidiary will handle design, installation, and 25-year operations and maintenance of grid-connected solar plants. Initial capital is Rs. 1 lakh with 51% owned by Teerth Gopicon. Operations have yet to start, so no immediate financial impact.
