Mankind Pharma has announced a board meeting on May 21, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted ₹3,330.7 Cr in total income with a profit after tax of ₹424.65 Cr. The ₹13,768 Cr acquisition of Bharat Serums and Vaccines completed in October 2024 now reflects in the numbers. Cost and secretarial auditors were re-appointed and appointed respectively for five years. The company enhanced corporate guarantees for two subsidiaries, plans a Sri Lanka subsidiary with USD 350,000 investment, and used ₹3,000 Cr from an equity issue plus commercial paper redemption to cut debt.
