Emkay Global Financial Services Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Emkay Global Financial Services has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹361.24 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹56.91 Cr, nearly doubling last year’s ₹30.89 Cr. A dividend of ₹4 per share has been proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The board approved re-appointments of Managing Directors Krishna Kumar Karwa and Prakash Kacholia for three more years. M/s Parikh & Associates will be appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The company also raised ₹46 Cr through unsecured NCDs for working capital.
