Crompton Greaves reported FY25 standalone revenue growth of 10% to Rs. 7,028 Cr, with record EBITDA of Rs. 819 Cr and margin expansion to 10.5%. Q4 revenue rose 5% to Rs. 1,879 Cr, EBIT Rs. 223 Cr, margin 11.9%. Fan segment innovation is key, backed by a Rs. 350 Cr greenfield plant in ~2.5 years. Pumps grew strongly, especially solar pumps (Rs. 200 Cr sales). Appliances surged in high teens; lighting steady with margin gains around 12%. Butterfly’s Q4 revenue rose 12%, profitability turned positive. Management is confident on growth from innovation, channel strength, and new segments like rooftop solar.
