Colinz Laboratories has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Swapnil Fayesh Madiyar as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Promoter, Non-Executive. Mr. Madiyar is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding office by any authority.
