SBC Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SBC Exports has announced a board meeting on 21st May 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year with revenue at Rs. 160.45 Cr and a net profit before tax of Rs. 8.72 Cr, down from Rs. 12.94 Cr last year. The board re-appointed Mr. Govind Ji Gupta as Managing Director for five more years (pending shareholder nod) and accepted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Ruchi Chordia. Plans include an IPO for subsidiary Mauji Trip Limited and new tie-ups with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho to boost online retail reach nationwide.
