Paramount Communications has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue was Rs. 1,560.49 Cr with a profit after tax of Rs. 867.20 Cr, while consolidated revenue reached Rs. 1,586.59 Cr with net profit of Rs. 869.70 Cr. The board appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and Mrs. Anjali Verma as Additional Independent Directors and accepted the resignation of Mr. Narendra Kumar Goyal due to health reasons. Key committees were restructured accordingly. Cost and Internal Auditors were reappointed, and M/s Abhishek Mittal & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
