Genpharmasec Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 33.72 Cr and standalone revenue of Rs. 32.96 Cr for the year. Consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs. 1.88 Cr, while standalone profit before tax was higher at Rs. 3.45 Cr. Both standalone and consolidated results received an unmodified audit opinion. The board appointed M/s. Abhishek M Agrawal & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. Jaymin Modi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for up to five years. The company continues to expand with a wholly owned subsidiary, Clinigenome India Pvt Ltd, and holds a 70% stake in Derren Healthcare Pvt Ltd, pending controlling interest.
