Geojit Financial Services Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-05-2025: Record Date

Geojit Financial Services has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. A final dividend of ₹1.50 per share for FY25 is proposed, with the record date for dividend entitlement set as 11th July 2025. The AGM will be held on 25th July 2025. The Board also approved a rights subscription of up to ₹10 Cr in its subsidiary, Geojit Credits Private Limited.
