Moschip Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MosChip Technologies has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year, with clean audit opinions. The board appointed B. S. S. & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (pending shareholder approval) and Gokhale & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. To boost employee retention and motivation, 1,10,000 Employee Stock Options were approved for grant under existing schemes.
