PDS Limited — Important, 21-05-2025: Sale or disposal

PDS Limited has sold a 25% stake in its step-down subsidiary, Poeticgem Limited, to Poeticgem’s MD, Mr. Anuj Banaik, effective March 24, 2025. Poeticgem, which contributed ₹269.87 Cr in turnover and ₹119.73 Cr in net worth last year, is no longer wholly owned. The company received around ₹38.86 lakh for the stake. This move slightly reduces PDS’s indirect shareholding in Poeticgem and reflects a strategic shift in their subsidiary structure.
