Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated results show total income of Rs. 79.93 Cr and profit before tax of Rs. 9.71 Cr. The standalone results report total income of Rs. 29.81 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs. 9.22 Cr. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company reappointed Jhaveri Shah & Co. as Internal Auditor and proposed a five-year appointment of Mr. Jatinbhai Kapadia as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval. A Corporate Social Responsibility Committee was also constituted, enhancing governance and compliance focus.
