Gallantt Ispat Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-05-2025: Dividend

Gallantt Ispat has announced a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share (12.5%) for the year, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Around 63% of Promoter and Promoter Group shareholders have waived their dividend rights, backing the company’s expansion plans. Shareholders who retain their entitlement will benefit once the payment date is announced.
