Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved standalone and consolidated audited results with an unmodified auditors' opinion. The company re-appointed Jhaveri Shah & Co. as internal auditor for FY 2025-26 and proposed the appointment of Mr. Jatinbhai Harishbhai Kapadia as secretarial auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee was also constituted. The consolidated results showed total income of Rs. 63.18 Cr, expenses of Rs. 53.47 Cr, and profit before tax of Rs. 9.71 Cr. Standalone results reported total income of Rs. 29.81 Cr with profit before tax at Rs. 9.22 Cr. Cash flows remain positive with operational cash inflows and increased cash & equivalents.
