Consolidated revenue was ₹841 Cr, down 5% YoY, though Pension Services grew 12%. EBITDA hit ₹149 Cr with a 16.3% margin, while PAT dipped 5% to ₹92 Cr. The company declared a 100% final dividend (₹10/share) and remains debt-free with cash reserves over ₹800 Cr. It plans to demerge select cybersecurity and managed SOC services to strengthen engineering capabilities. A new Secretarial Auditor was appointed for five years.
