EMA Partners India Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of Rs. 73.93 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 12.61 Cr, compared to Rs. 67.30 Cr and Rs. 14.27 Cr last year. EPS stood at Rs. 6.81. The company introduced a new Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, proposing up to 10 lakh options, pending shareholder approval. Mrs. Sonali Pol was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
