Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited — Board Meeting, 21-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dishman Carbogen Amcis has announced a board meeting that approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Total assets rose to ₹9,999 Cr from ₹9,581 Cr, led by growth in property, plant & equipment and investments. Equity increased to ₹5,863 Cr from ₹5,659 Cr, while borrowings remained steady near ₹1,150 Cr. The board also approved appointing Mr. Ashok P.
