Dishman Carbogen Amcis has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit report. Total assets rose to ₹9,999 Cr from ₹9,581 Cr last year, reflecting growth. The board appointed Mr. Ashok P. Pathak as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The company will announce the AGM date soon.
