Astra Microwave Products Limited has announced a board meeting to consider issuing up to 20.14 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 864 each to promoter and non-promoter investors, aiming to raise Rs. 174 Cr. The funds will primarily support working capital requirements (up to Rs. 130.5 Cr) and general corporate purposes (up to Rs. 43.5 Cr). These warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months, which will be listed and rank equally with existing shares. This move aims to strengthen the company’s liquidity and operational flexibility.
