Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India has announced a board meeting approving audited results for FY25. The company swung to a profit of Rs. 561 million from last year’s loss, with revenue reaching Rs. 27,565 million, boosted by strong cooling product sales. They’ve proposed a final dividend of Rs. 15 per share. Additionally, M/s SPANJ & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for one year, pending shareholder nod at the AGM.
