Dynavision Ltd — Updates, 22-05-2025: Company Update

Dynavision has announced a board meeting on 20 May 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported standalone total income from operations of Rs. 282.35 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 1,212.59 lakh for the year, with net profit before tax of Rs. 225.56 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 800.85 lakh for the year. Net profit after tax was Rs. 176.56 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 619.85 lakh for the year. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 4.60 basic for the quarter and Rs. 16.14 for the year. Dynavision's subsidiary, Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, operates in the solar power segment. There were no exceptional items during the period.
