Sahasra Electronic Solutions has announced a board meeting, approving audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The company appointed M/s PKMB & Co. as statutory auditors and M/s Saurabh Agrawal & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years. Revised remuneration for the Chairman & Managing Director, Executive Director, and a Non-Executive Director was approved, effective April 1, 2025. The 3rd Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing on June 23, 2025. CSR reports and related party transactions for FY26 were also reviewed and approved.
