Clean Science and Technology Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Clean Science and Technology has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs 966.64 Cr and net profit of Rs 264.40 Cr, up from Rs 791.49 Cr and Rs 244.03 Cr last year. EPS stood at Rs 24.88. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 4 per share. Re-appointments for Whole Time Directors Krishnakumar Ramnarayan Boob and Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi for five years were approved, along with the appointment of J B Bhave & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years.
