PH Capital has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The audited results show a net loss of ₹670.69 lakh for the quarter but a net profit of ₹785.10 lakh for the year, with earnings per share of ₹(22.36) for the quarter and ₹26.17 for the year. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The Board approved the appointment of M/s. C. M. Lopez & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s. D Maurya and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Rakhi Sharma has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, with her appointment to be confirmed by shareholders at the AGM.
