PH Capital has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited financial results for the full year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a net loss of ₹670.69 lakh and comprehensive loss of the same amount, against a net profit of ₹2,012.87 lakh in the previous year. Earnings per share stood at (₹22.36). The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board appointed M/s. C. M. Lopez & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. D Maurya and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for upcoming terms. Ms. Rakhi Sharma was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
