Gujarat State Financial Corporation — Updates, 22-05-2025: Company Update

Gujarat State Financial Corporation has announced a change in its Board of Directors as Life Insurance Corporation of India has nominated Shri Daiya P.L. in place of Shri Madhukar M Asthana. Shri Daiya brings 28 years of experience with LIC, most recently serving as Senior Divisional Manager at Gandhinagar. He holds a B.Sc. degree and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. Shri Daiya does not hold directorships elsewhere, owns no shares in GSFC, and is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel.
