Tembo Global Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue surged 1.3x YoY to ₹274 Cr, EBITDA jumped 19.5x to ₹29 Cr, and PAT rose 4.6x to ₹15 Cr. FY25 revenue grew 69.5% to ₹743 Cr, EBITDA 2.6x to ₹92 Cr, and PAT 2.6x to ₹51 Cr, led by strong performance in engineering and textiles. A ₹1,000 Cr defense manufacturing investment and a ₹1,485 Cr order backlog support further growth.
