Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sundaram Finance Holdings has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for FY25. Total income stood at ₹160.03 Cr with PBT of ₹117.12 Cr. PAT and share of associates jumped to ₹269.32 Cr from ₹204.10 Cr last year, with EPS at ₹18.55. The board declared a second interim dividend of ₹0.60/share and a final dividend of ₹1.55/share, totaling ₹5.85/share for the year. The company fully acquired Forge 2000 Pvt Ltd by buying the remaining 37.5% stake and completely exited Delphi TVS Technologies.
