Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Emcure has announced a board meeting approving its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 18.6% YoY to Rs 7,896 Cr, driven by strong domestic (24.8%) and international (15.6%) sales. Profit after tax jumped 34.1% YoY to Rs 707 Cr, with EBITDA margins improving to 18.4%. Growth was led by Women’s Health, Cardiology, Dermatology, and key international markets like Canada. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 3 per share. A wholly-owned subsidiary, Emcure Generics Pvt Ltd, will be formed. Dr. Mukund Gurjar was re-appointed Whole-time Director.
