Goodluck India has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted record revenues with 15.3% volume growth to 442,619 MT and capacity utilization at 89%. It commissioned a new 50,000 MT hydraulic tubes plant to cut imports and improve margins. The subsidiary’s aerospace plant is targeting commercial production by Q2 FY26. Additionally, Goodluck secured an order worth ~INR 52 Cr for the Bullet Train project, boosting its presence in high-value infrastructure sectors.
