Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of Rs. 1,233 Cr with EBITDA at Rs. 227 Cr but reported a net loss of Rs. 27 Cr, widening from last year. Expansion continues with increased stake in Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (now 89.05%) and a 42.36% acquisition in ice-cream brand Willow Gourmet, now an associate. Mr. Tarun Khanna joins as an independent director, replacing Mr. Ajay Nanavati Vipin.
