Barbeque-Nation Hospitality reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 12,330 Cr and EBITDA of Rs. 2,271 Cr for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, but posted a widened net loss of Rs. 271.62 Cr driven by higher depreciation and finance costs. The company increased its stake in Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy to 89.05%, launched new subsidiaries in Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia, and took a 42.36% stake in ice-cream brand Willow Gourmet. Leadership changes included the appointment of Tarun Khanna as independent director and resignation of Ajay Nanavati. The merger between Red Apple and Blue Planet Foods is pending approval.
