Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited — Important, 22-05-2025: General Updates

Emcure has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 19.5% YoY to Rs 2,116 Cr in Q4FY25, led by 24.8% growth in Domestic and 15.6% internationally. EBITDA increased 25.2% with margins at 18.4%, and PAT jumped 63% to Rs 197 Cr. Strong gains came from Women’s Health, Cardio, Dermatology, OTC domestically, and a 39.3% surge in Rest of World sales. Emcure set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Emcure Generics Pvt Ltd, to boost manufacturing and distribution. A final dividend of Rs 3 per share was proposed.
